These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Habit Chain mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Enes Yurtsever ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full.
Habit Chain is a personal habit-tracking application that helps you build and maintain daily habits through visual streak tracking, statistics, and motivational tools. Core features include:
Habit Chain does not require you to create an account. All habit data is stored locally on your device. You may enter a display name during onboarding, which is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Habit Chain offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play using in-app purchases.
Premium subscribers may use the Streak Freeze feature to protect their streak on days a habit cannot be completed. Freeze days count toward your streak. Freezes are limited and subject to the terms displayed within the App. We reserve the right to adjust freeze allowances with reasonable notice.
With your permission, the App may send local push notifications as daily habit reminders. You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your device's settings. We do not use notifications for marketing without your explicit consent.

All content within the App – including but not limited to design, text, graphics, icons, and software – is the exclusive property of Enes Yurtsever and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Streak and completion data is stored locally; we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enes Yurtsever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
